Lymphedema is the blockage of the lymph nodes, causing lymph to build up and swell a specific portion of the body. It is not to be confused with swelling (edema) due to other causes like cardiovascular problems. Lymphedema is usually not generalized swelling as in the swelling in your legs on a long plane trip or after sitting too long at the computer.

Heartburn is a burning feeling or pain in the center of the chest that may extend into your back or neck during or after eating.
Lemon juice is one of the best remedies for heartburn. Mix the juice of ½ of a squeezed lemon in 8 ounces of water and sip slowly upon awakening each morning.
Lemon juice helps the stomach stop making digestive acids, therefore alleviating heartburn or other stomach ailments.
Lemon has always been known to be a great detoxifying agent, and the same applies for lemon oil as far as getting rid of heartburn is concerned.

In Robert Tisserand’s book, Aromatherapy, he relates a case study of a twenty- nine year old client with heavy cellulite on her thighs, hips, and buttocks. She was treated with massage and the essential oils of rosemary, fennel, geranium, juniper, lavender, bergamot, and chamomile. During a three-week period, the client came in twice per week for aromatherapy-based massage of her problem areas. After three weeks she had only a small patch of cellulite left, which was cured by changing her sitting position at the piano to allow adequate circulation.

True prevention is not waiting for bad things to happen, it's preventing things from happening in the first place."
With cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the rise again and health experts warning of a second wave, let me just recap on how we can use essential oils to boost immunity and support our respiratory system.

Healing touch is the most natural of instincts. We massage the back of our neck when we feel tense. We massage our toe when we stab it.
Essential oils enhance massage and the more regularly we use them the more effective they become. There’s no need for elaborate application systems or complicated massage techniques. We are more likely to use essential oils regularly if we can quickly master safe, simple, convenient, and pleasant ways of using them.

The coronavirus outbreak caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus2 (SARS-CoV-2) happened in Wuhan, Hubei, China in December 2019. It was transmitted from humans to humans so quickly that it has become the pandemic responsible for the current global crisis. In May 2020, as was reported by the WHO, there have been approximately 5 million confirmed cases of COVID-10 and more than 30 thousand deaths worldwide.
Since there is also no effective pharmacologic treatment against COVID-19, determining the drug target requires an understanding of the viral lifecycle.
While many clinical trials aimed at discovering a potential effective COVID-19 drug are ongoing, using herbal medicines with well-known antiviral activity might be a complementary SARS-CoV-2 preventive therapy.

The development of microbial resistance to antibiotics is a global concern. Natural products are a great scientific deal for finding alternative methods for food preservation. Essential oils from the plants show more antibacterial activity from oxygenated terpenoids, phenols, alcoholic compounds, and other chemical constitutes that contribute to the antimicrobial effects.
