How to Use

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Test on small area of skin on the underside of arm and apply to desired area as needed. Use as acompress or for a Raindrop Technique- style massage along the spine. Use for relief of deep tissue pain. Add additional Helichrysum to enhance the effect. When the pain is bone related, more Wintergreen may be added. May be diluted with Ortho Ease or Ortho Sport massage oils.
